The University College Bursar/Registration Operations Office
is located at 700 University Ave., Syracuse, NY 13244 Room
103. The Bursar is responsible for setting up payment arrangements,
billing, and collecting payments for University College, Distance
Learning and Non-credit students during the Fall and Spring
terms and all students during the Summer.
Students who use walk-in, mail or fax registration must choose
a payment option at the time
of registration. Students who register via the web must submit
payment option paperwork within 7 business days of registering
to confirm their registration.
Questions reqarding your account, including billing statements,
tuition and fees, payment options and refund requests, should
be directed to the office of Bursar
and Registrar Operations.
