Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs
Master of Social Science Degree

Welcome to the M.S.Sc. program!

M.S.Sc. students earn their degree from the prestigious Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. The specially designed M.S.Sc. program features an interdisciplinary approach to broad social science problems based on a comparative analysis of world's major cultural areas. The program pays special attention to issues of international relations and the foundations of major societies.

M.S.Sc.'s interdisciplinary approach attracts a variety of students, including journalists, military personnel, government and NGO officials, corporate executives involved in international business ventures, college and secondary school teachers, and librarians. University College, SU's part-time and summer division, provides the customized administrative and student services that busy adult learners require.

If you would like a brochure mailed to you, please call 1-800-442-0501, or email parttime@uc.syr.edu. If you have additional questions about the program, e-mail mssc@uc.syr.edu.
