Online Course Computer Requirements

No special software is required to use Blackboard®. Any PC or Macintosh with a reliable Internet connection and a stable web browser is sufficient.

Minimum Requirements

Windows 95 or higher / Macintosh OS 8.0 or higher
32 MB RAM (64 prefered)
Internet access (broadband or dialup - minimum 56,600kbps)
A recent version of a stable web browser (Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc.)
Microsoft Word 6.0 or higher or Claris Works 6.0 or higher
