Transfer Agreements

University College has negotiated formal transfer agreements, called “Articulation Agreements,” with several two-year local and regional schools for UC's B.P.S. in Legal Studies program (see below). For information about articulation agreements for SU's other schools and colleges, please contact the UC Advising Office at 315-443-3261.

Pre-Planning: Students planning to transfer to UC from a two-year school should consult with a Transfer Counselor from their current school at the beginning of their academic program, in order to ensure they are taking the appropriate courses.

An articulation agreement identifies requirements for students who wish to transfer from a two-year school to a four-year degree or certificate program at SU. Institutions independently determine the requirements for their programs. Articulation agreements differ from program to program and from school to school. Students are encouraged to follow UC's recommended courses to maximize their transfer credit into Syracuse University.

Below is a listing of the schools that have articulation agreements for the Legal Studies program.

Bryant & Stratton (AOS in Paralegal Studies)
Finger Lakes Community College (AAS in Paralegal Studies)
Genesee Community College (AAS in Paralegal Studies)
Herkimer County Community College (AAS in Paralegal Studies)
Jefferson Community College (AAS in Paralegal Studies)
